This website sells adult products intended for persons 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using this site you declare that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not.
Dolls are handmade; the delivered product may differ slightly from photos in makeup, shade and texture. Hand-measured height may vary by up to ±2cm, which is normal and not grounds for a claim. Product photos, descriptions and the site design are our property and may not be copied without permission.
Orders are placed via the inquiry cart and finalized after our team confirms your configuration and payment. A contract is formed when we accept your payment. Prices are shown in USD and may be updated at any time; the price confirmed in your inquiry is the price you pay.
You are responsible for the configuration you select. We confirm the full configuration with you in writing before production; once production starts, the confirmed configuration cannot be altered (see our Refund Policy).
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Customs handling is included for most destinations as described on the Shipping FAQ.
You agree not to misuse the site (attempts to breach security, scrape content at scale, place fraudulent orders, or use our products for any illegal purpose). Products must be used legally and in accordance with their instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
