Sea shipping is already included in every price on our site — you are not paying extra for it. Air shipping is a surcharge of roughly $80 to $280 depending on the weight of the doll: a 100 cm TPE doll adds about $80, a 168 cm doll about $280. The heavier the doll, the more the upgrade costs, because air freight is priced by weight.

Before it ships: you see your actual doll

Every unit is photographed and filmed before it leaves the factory. What you see in those images is the exact item you receive — not a stock photo of a similar model, not a rendering. This matters more than most buyers realise: it means the head sculpt, body proportions, skin finish and options you approved are the ones that arrive.

Where we ship

We ship to Africa, Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, North America, Northeast Asia and the Middle East. Delivery times vary a little by destination and by local customs processing, but the 15–20 day sea and 5–7 day air windows cover the vast majority of orders.

When the box arrives

• Inspect before signing if the carton is visibly crushed or torn — note it with the courier.
• Photograph and film the unpacking. This takes two minutes and it is the fastest way to resolve anything later.
• Check the doll before removing protective wrapping from hands and feet, then compare it against the factory photos you approved.

Customs and import

Because the contents are declared as household goods, parcels clear customs as ordinary cargo. In the overwhelming majority of cases there is nothing for you to do — the carrier handles clearance and delivers to your door. If your local authority does request additional information, contact us and we will supply what is needed.

Payment

We accept PayPal and WorldFirst. Once you send your configuration as an inquiry, we confirm the final total — including any options and your chosen shipping method — and send a payment link. Nothing is produced or shipped until you have approved that total.
