Sex Doll Warranty & Returns: What's Actually Covered

Buying GuideNov 02, 2026·687 words

Every doll comes with a 3-month warranty. If your order arrives with non-human damage, large-area damage is replaced and minor damage is compensated proportionally. Because these are intimate products, there are no returns or exchanges for reasons other than a genuine quality problem — which is exactly why we photograph and film every unit before it ships.

This page sets out precisely what is covered, what is not, and what to do if something is wrong. No vague language, no small print.

Why there are no returns for non-quality reasons

Sex dolls are intimate products. Once one has been used it cannot be resold, and no responsible seller pretends otherwise. Rather than hide that behind a returns window that sounds generous and is not, we do the thing that actually protects you:

If what arrives does not match what you approved in the factory photos, that is a quality issue and it is covered.

How to file a claim

  1. Photograph and film the problem — the damaged area, and the doll as a whole so we can see the context.
  2. Contact us with your order number and the images or video.
  3. Keep the packaging. If a replacement is needed, we may ask you to ship the affected part back, and the original carton is the safest way to do that.
  4. Wait for our response before attempting repairs. Gluing or patching the area yourself can make the damage permanent and complicate the claim.

Most claims are settled from photos alone — you will not be asked to ship a 40 kg doll back across an ocean for a minor issue.

What "non-human damage" means

Damage that occurs in production or transit: splitting at a seam, a tear present on arrival, a skeleton joint that does not hold, a head that does not match the approved photos, damage from the carton being crushed in transit.

Damage that is not covered: tears from over-stretching during use, marks from dark clothing left on for weeks, deformation from standing the doll on its feet for long periods, damage from cleaning with the wrong products, and anything caused by storage under sustained pressure. All of these are preventable — our care guidance covers how.

How to avoid the common problems

Payment and order changes

We accept PayPal and WorldFirst. Your configuration is confirmed with a final total before any payment is taken, and production only begins after you approve it — which means the specification you signed off on is the specification that was built. Changing an in-production custom order is possible only before it enters production.
